PASE-U Card Delivery for Panama Este Starts This Weekend
PANAMA, September 24, 2026 — IFARHU will begin delivering PASE-U PUNCH cards for Panama Este on September 26, with Mega Mall serving as a major collection point next week.
The rollout covers students from Chepo, Pacora, 24 de Diciembre, Tocumen, Mañanitas and Pedregal. Families should check their assigned date before visiting the collection location, as delivery is organized by corregimiento.
