OP ED: “JB”- Sometimes I forget just how underhanded, filthy, and manipulative this corporation is that truly operates openly and in PLAIN SIGHT. Every single back door deal that I laid out in last week’s post about ALL of the Non-Noriega – ELECTED and PUPPET administrations that have fucking FLEECED this nation and it’s citizens out of a “Geographical” ,if not built and created, birthright, can be reverse engineered back to this fully operational rackateering an organized monopoly syndicate.
They operate without impunity, eventually litigate (which can take actual YEARS), and in the event they lose ( which they do OFTEN), they pay a slap on the wrist that is dwarfed in comparison to what they already accomplished and profited off of. It’s that simple. They LITERALLY have a department within their structure for BRIBES. Of course they will call it something else, but a duck is a duck.
Well, now they are not up to date in the BRIBE DEPT for 2024. Prosecutor’s have declared them officially delinquent. Read what they have already paid for past discretions…….wow.

The Attorney General’s Office revealed at noon on Monday, February 17, that the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office requested that the non-compliance with the annual payment by the companies Norberto Odebrecht de Panamá, SA be declared
According to the Attorney General’s Office, this default corresponds to 2024, and 5% of the total amount must also be added.
Given this scenario, officials from the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office will ask the Compliance Court to declare the companies’ non-payment.
In 2019, the aforementioned companies changed their name to Odebrecht Engineering & Construction (OEC).
In 2017, the company agreed to pay a fine of more than $200 million over a 12-year period to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for corruption cases.
The Prosecutor’s Office indicated to the Compliance Judge that, until January 2025, 74 million 498 thousand 440 dollars and 88 cents have been collected, between voluntary payments and withholdings.
The Odebrecht companies owe the sum of 19 million 249 thousand 999 dollars and 99 cents for the year 2024, recalled the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
