IFARHU Continues PASE-U Card Delivery on August 31
PANAMA, August 30, 2026 — IFARHU will continue delivering Caja de Ahorros Mastercard debit cards for PASE-U payments on Monday, August 31, in Panama Oeste and Darien.
In La Chorrera, listed collection points include the gyms at Colegio Moises Castillo Ocaña and the Instituto Profesional y Tecnico de La Chorrera. Guardians must appear in person with a current physical identity card; expired cards and authorization letters will not be accepted during this round.
