EX PAT ALERT: Double Homicide suspect recently apprehended by INTERPOL

The National Police announced on Tuesday morning, May 20, that following international collaboration between police officers, a man was captured and is wanted by Spain under a red notice for extradition purposes due to a double homicide in Galicia.
This arrest was made by Interpol Panama agents at Tocumen International Airport, where the suspect arrived from Paris, France.
According to the National Police, the Chinese citizen is wanted for the double homicide of two Chinese women, which occurred in 2009 in Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain.
Reports indicate that after allegedly committing the double homicide, he managed to flee Spain to China in 2009.
On Monday night, May 19, Interpol Panama learned that the suspect was traveling to Panama City from Paris on a transit flight from China.
After being apprehended by officers, he was taken to the police station to begin the legally mandated procedures.
