The PNO emails and phones have never been more active. People have seen the light. There are enough of you now to proceed, It’s just time. 

This news comes from a real and reliable vetted source who is still on payroll at least when they make payroll.   So drum roll please……..

It’s official that the foreclosure process has begun at Red Frog.  Global Bank who reportededly is owed nearly $10 Million Dollars with penalties and interest has officially notified Red Frog that the foreclosure process has indeed begun.  It’s been over 6 months reportedly that Joe And Steven haven’t made any payments.  So not only can they not pay to fix the broken infrastructure.  Can’t pay homeowners rental monies they’re collecting from the homes actively they also can’t or have chosen not to pay Global Bank.

I challenge ANYONE who has the contact information of either HALEY or BOLTON to ask directly if they are in default, and the answer they give. Every single homeowner should make this contact indepenedently.  

Joe is or just was on property and is doing what he does best.   Pretending that all is good.   Telling people inclusive of Global Bank that he’s inches away from fundings of $30, $40, $50 and even $60 million dollars.   He’s just working through the details 😂.   Meanwhile the lawsuits continue to pile up!   Both in the United States and Panamá.   There is an action group which I’ve had contact with which is north of 35 homeowners/victims that are in discussions with a Perry Mason type investigator with a track record of getting convictions for Ponzi and other Real Estate related schemes.   The end appears to be one day closer but still not soon enough.   As the newest OGI / Red Frog employee and bocas brigador  that PNO was informed, completely unsolicted that they’re still actively selling or trying to sell and collect making offers of all kinds to bring in whatever sheckles can be grabbed no matter the cost or the victims.   Let’s see but it’s going to be interesting and just like the most recent informant let’s call him/her “Deepthroat” PNO will always protect its sources if any of the skeleton crew of employees are left want to talk.   I won’t use the name but I’m told the sales associate currently has “no soul” and is totally complicit with Joe.  DON’T THINK THIS DOESNT AFFECT YOU.

You know I was just about to consider this post finished, and something occurred to me.

I’m going to add it here now.  I’m of the opinion that this whole sham started out with good intentions.  What’s the saying “the road to hell is paved with good intentions” or something along those lines.   I was just looking through some of the hundreds of emails I’ve been given and old articles and interviews and questionnaires between myself and Joe Haley and some of our calls he and I had where I recorded things for posterity.  And I’ve found between his calls with yours truly and emails send directly to me by him or emails he’s sent to his victims I think to me, in my eyes where this guy and Bolton by the way have been most Sin-ister” is he’s constantly telling people in writing myself included and on calls that they’re broke.   That they’re on the brink of bankruptcy.   That if they lose “North Beach/Polo Beach” which they did the resort will become a ghost town.   That honesty I can both appreciate and respect.   It takes a big man to say those things if they’re true.   Unless those are pleas and cries for more money which they likely were and likely gained at least some result.   But here is where the real RUB comes in to play.  How can you be in the position they claim to have been in meaning on the brink of financial demise and still be taking deposits and selling non built condos or villas or anything?   That is the worst kind of theft and the worst kind of crookedness.   So Steven Bolton is copied on many of those emails and many of those calls as well as others so they’re all duplicitous scumbags I’m my book.   You don’t sell goods or services and take payments when you know full well you can’t and won’t deliver those goods.  Nobody should have ever been sold anything from the first time Joe stated they were on the brink of the resort disappearing and bankruptcy without a written disclaimer signed off by a buyer where OGI and Red Frog state we are currently illiquid and may or may not be able to build what we are selling.   They’ve stated as recently as this past month from Bolton’s mouth “we had a choice we can either pay you the money we received that you are owed from us rented your house or we can use your money without your consent to pay for fuel so the entire resort doesn’t go dark”.   I’m paraphrasing but that’s what that man said.  That’s theft and that’s not cool.   They then went on to state we need sales to keep things floating.  Sales monies shouldn’t keep things floating they should be used to build what you sold and once you deliver and close you take your profit.    These guys need to be wearing orange jump suits.   Just writing this my blood is boiling and guess what they’re doubling down on all sales efforts to keep robbing Peter to pay Paul.  I can’t wait for this crime spree to end.
