The elected president,  Laurentino Cortizo made new appointments for his government, this Thursday, June 27, in ministries, addresses, secretariats and authorities.

As manager of Tocumen SA, he appointed Raffoul Arab Pinzón; The new general director of the National Secretariat for Children, Adolescents and Family (Senniaf) is Sara Rodríguez and Urbano Sánchez, as assistant manager of the Agricultural Development Bank.

In the National Charity Lottery, she appointed Gloriela del Río as director and Yheimy González as deputy director.

Raúl Saucedo will hold the position of administrator of the Panamanian Food Safety Authority (Aupsa). Cortizo promised during the electoral campaign to eliminate this entity before the constant complaints of the producers.

In the direction of the Institute of Agricultural Research (Idiap), will be Arnulfo Gutiérrez and will accompany him as deputy director Marcelino Jaén.

Juvenal Ríos was appointed as general secretary of the Ministry of Environment and Rodolfo Samuda is the new technical deputy director of the National Customs Authority.
