During the five years of administration of President Juan Carlos Varela , (2014-2019), the investment in advertising amounted to $ 26 million 447 thousand 107 with 66 cents , reported this Sunday June 30, the Secretariat of State Communication ( SCE).

  Of this amount, $ 15 million 180 thousand 447 with 31 hundredths, representing 57%, went to television advertising; while $ 6 million 842 thousand 632 were invested with 62 cents for newspaper, radio and billboard advertisements (26%).

The SCE press release states that $ 2 million 890 thousand 065 were allocated with 24 cents for production and filming (11%), and $ 1 million 533 thousand 962 with 49 cents for advertising and campaigns in social networks (6%).
