PASE-U Second 2026 Payment Set to Begin in October
PANAMA, September 7, 2026 — IFARHU says the second 2026 PASE-U payment is expected to begin in October for beneficiaries paid through Caja de Ahorros debit cards.
Families must meet programme conditions including regular student attendance and participation in Escuela para Padres sessions. The debit card has been delivered in seven provinces, and it is also being used for eligible General Scholarship beneficiaries.
