In less than 24 hours, National Police officers seized 3,346 packages of suspected drugs at various locations in the province of Colón as part of the so-called “Firmeza” plan .

The operations took place in two key locations: in La Mina Bay, Cativá district, where 1,858 packages were seized, and in another port in Colón province, where an additional 1,488 packages of the alleged drugs were found.

These actions were the result of coordinated efforts between the National Anti-Drug Directorate, the National Police Intelligence Directorate, and the Tactical Anti-Drug Operations Unit, with the coordination of the Attorney General’s Office.
