Quite frankly,,,,,I’m tired of it. While major publications are speaking of the emerging interest from REAL groups, `there remains the 20 YEAR stain left on Bocas del Toro and the victims that purchased at RED FROG by Joe Haley et al.  And somehow, 5 years ago I let myself get immersed in it.

ALL OF YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. The people that send me e-mails weekly unsolicited with conference links, recordings, documents and claims of mis-doings of all sorts on the property including but definitely not limited to environmental crimes.   I wonder does Green Globe care that Red Frog has been dumbing untreated raw sewage and feces into Bay?  Well we’ve been sent videos which show that it’s happening or has happened.   They even had their General Manager (a guy that can barely string together two lines of coherent English) whom they use like a puppet send out on their letterhead to owners recognizing the pumping of the untreated sewage into bay.  Of course they say in the same letter it was done by an “unauthorized” person to try and recant any blame but in the same letter recognize that the treatment plant is broken.   Obviously, nobody on their own “Rogue” is going to run pvc pipe at their own cost to divert the sewage unless it’s been ordered to do so by Joe Haley.   This same puppet Mario they use to cry to the victim homeowners to portray him as the poster child of the poor local worker who counts on Red Frog to support his family like so many others.   If the homeowners don’t succumb to Joe’s wishes and sign over their lives essentially then poor locals will be left without food or shelter because the resort will fold!   Before getting into that to far let’s take a deep breath and exhale….

Breath, ok now let’s do a quick recap on what PNO has done for the victims of Joe Haley and Steven Bolton.

1).  Blew up the story with proof of a convicted murderer and drug dealer illegally armed being in charge of security.

2).Uncovered 3rd party stories and proof of drugs in the possession of security guards being arrested.  Not just one but two separate occasions one with drugs the other for carrying an illegal unregistered firearm.

3) Provided CCTV pictures of owner properties being scoped out by machete wielding thugs a known inside job from within the Red Frog security.

4) Fake news of massive deals on the horizon with Nikki Beach, Marriotts, Mexican Groups all of whom ran after doing their homework and oh yea lifesaving funding by a group out of Israel selling “Frog Coins” called Solid Block.   I think “Fraud Coins” is a name that would be better suited.

5) We also gave advice on how to stop these games and the contacts to resources to make a difference.   ALL IGNORED. I truly feel I have been speaking with “nice” people, yet “ostriches”.

Well what you are faced with now, is your final walk to the gallows. Your HOA is passive aggressively becoming a thing of the past.   Now victims (homeowners and lot owners) are being asked to sign a release to a company that Joe will still most likely be involved in, but he is un-willing to even release the name. WTF.  Oh but wait it gets better.   The service agreements to the unnamed group are likely not only a license to steal but can also be assigned in the future without your consent??  Are you serious? They could bill you whatever they want for the myriad of issues YOU tell me of including price gouging, future assessments and who knows what else.   Oh and get this these unknown future potential service providers for repairing or replacing the unserviceable work done by Haley and Oceans Group International get to own that infrastructure.   That for some of you not so bright people equates to them being able to hold you completely hostage.   That infrastructure should be owned by the HOA or COA without question.   In fact as many of you know I do have a lawyer in the family and he feels the pattern of behavior which has been documented and recorded via meetings and emails goes far beyond bullying.   It’s borderline extortion putting a gun to owners heads saying sign or else.  Panting a picture  that without to coerced support of the majority everyone will lose everything.   So let’s look at what we are being told:

Horrible water service and interruption of utilities.
One generator essentially dead and another on it’s last legs.
20 years of overlooking basic maintenance for proper running of a development.
Sold a dream and ending up with shit-  people can’t even sell.
I’ve already mentioned terrible staffing, all with another company to blame it on.
I did hear on one of the painful recordings passed to me Joe Haley finally accepted the blame!  I almost couldn’t believe my ears.   But of course in the typical narcissistic/sociopathic behavioral patterns he so often displays he then attempts to target his own victims and their cries for help and for taking a stand as what will actually destroy or is destroying Red Frog.  Not the mismanagement.   Lack of experience or expertise or the hundreds of mistakes that were made by him over the years.
And those are just the problems that exist for people (victims) that actually have units built and completed!!!!  What of the people that laid good money down and will NEVER get their home built?  Talk about screwed.  We’ve been contacted by two ex sales personnel one fairly recent and one from way back in the beginning and both have written that Joe doesn’t lose a wink of sleep taking money or selling something that he knows he’s promoting and knows without a miracle he will not be able to ever deliver.   By miracle I’m referring to something like the raising of $30M or so selling Frog Coins or crypto in return for nothing.   I read that prospectus and it was actually comical to think someone would ever invest another Hail Mary pipe dream gone wrong

I truly do feel for many of you people. And I have tried to help you. Just as human to human, but like David Koresh or the NXVM guy, you’re under some trance by a charlatain that attempts to spread fairy dust of happy endings but is actually serving up cyanide laced kool aid down gullets of already “fleeced followers”.  I often ask myself how do people that accumulate wealth to purchase a vacation destination not see through these hollow plans and never ending reasons for delays and set backs?

You want to know what I find most appalling?   I know of two people that have posed as potential “new buyers” and this is the worst part to me.   New potential buyers are not being told or warned about the infrastructure issues.   They’re not being told of the upheaval with the COA and Joe.   They’re not being told we maybe out of business if we don’t get money in asap.   They’re not being told of the unpaid debt not of the fact the doors could be shut down tomorrow.   I liken it to a store owner that has already begun the process to file for bankruptcy.   He knows he’s going out of business.   He knows he’s going to be stiffing people, could be vendors, could be passed clients, could be a land lord but a client walks in off the street to buy something and he takes their money for an item under the guise of it being delivered in a few weeks and using that money for something else.   That’s dishonest and a crime.   The currently sales lady I’m not going to even mention her name she’s going down with Joe for sure.   It’s only a matter of time before the suits call her in and she sings like a bird Joe.   For any “new” potential investor when you go to the OGI website they’re still working with The Enjoy Group.   Still working with Wooki.  Still going forward with plans and designs by VIDA and SENS.   It’s all a farce.   How can they not update that info.   You current homeowners are in your own world with threats of having your electric cut or investments lost.   Which I agree is all bad but look at what they’re doing just go to the websites.   Try and pose as a new buyer or get a family friend to do so as others have done and hear what’s being “Sold”.   It’s criminal in my opinion and I believe the authorities whom are being made aware are also privy.   Joe and his cast of co conspirators are on life support they’ve kicked the can so far and for so long that what started off in my opinion as bad decisions to keep things floating has truly turned into a potentially very criminal enterprise and one that I would venture to say is actually quite sophisticated and “ORGANIZED”!

Well, I’m tired now.  Some of you I have become friends with.  But if you people want change and a REAL resort operator, you have some decisions to make. But then again maybe I’m wrong.   Maybe Enjoy was wrong to have left.   Maybe the fictional groups that could never be named that were coming in were also wrong.   Maybe the Supreme Court was wrong and the land authorities who declared the Tres Cruces owned the land.   Perhaps all of you who are holding out on signing those service agreements are wrong   Maybe we should all just stop for a minute and realize we would all be much better if we would just do exactly what Joe Haley and his cast of misfits would have us do.   I mean when you look at his track record over the last two decades it’s pretty impressive .

Just know this I have decided to compel myself to continue to shine a light on this debacle, and the flashlight is being given to me by YOU. YOU want this madness to stop, but hesitancy remains. JOE has no fear in Panama so stop HIRING PANAMANIAN  LAWYERS.   The path was laid out by Steven.   Look up in the archives.
