Hello all- I feel both a sense of relief and defeat at the same time.
As I basically need to kiss my wife’s ass for what will probably be an inordinate amount of time, in addition to ignoring my son in law and my physician’s advice to calm down.
But this has been going on for soooooooo long, and like anything being repressed, it will eventually need to be released.
I have, on the request of friends and respected people, been relatively quiet on the topic of JOE HALEY and the entire shit show being done to people in Bocas del Toro.
PNO does indeed have an ARCHIVE, and it is “documented history” that I was TRULY “pulled” and then “gaslighted” to be a voice on this topic almost 7 LONG YEARS AGO. Wow, does time fly. Through the entirety of VARELA, then CORTIZO, and here we are AGAIN with NOTHING being done to truly STOP THIS RIDICULOUS and TRANSPARENT PONZI SCHEME and MIS-APPROPRIATION of FUNDS that has transpired in the jungles of Panama for the better part of 2 DECADES.
For any passing visitor that is late to the party,……..a RETIRED Vet and CBP employee from Joliet, Illinois posted an article submitted on my little pass time of a web site blog and was met with a CEASE and DESIST from a GMAIL address from CARMEN VICENTE. ( See You Next Tuesday – more on HER later. ).
Then I was contacted by TWO gentlemen named “JAY” , first “MILLER” then “SILVER”. BOTH of whom claimed to be VP of OPERATIONS for RED FROG BEACH and RESORT, and has been there “since the beginning” (SEE ARCHIVE. LOL) pleading to me to take down said article. I NEVER HAVE.
The “JAY’S” were BOTH………DAN CRANNEY as I had an ISP trace done that landed squarely on his BENTONVILLE, ARKANSAS address.
AFTER I shed the light on this first incredible LIE, I dealt with “PANAMA INSIGHTS” with the word spelled incorrectly (SEE ARCHIVE AGAIN. LOL) that was a BOT site created by RED FROG BEACH to divert traffic away from PNO and post “positive” news on RED FROG and JOE HALEY.
( This has been recorded as FACT by THREE FORMER EMPLOYEES who have provided documented statements ).
Here I am now, being threatened legally by people I don’t even know, and now I’m PISSED.
Enter JOE HALEY himself, lacing up his sneakers and getting off the sidelines to enter the fray and do DAMAGE CONTROL.
My initial conversations with this lying weasel of a prick were uneventful enough that he at least in his personal interaction with me was polite.
But he spent all of his time spinning a yarn of a tale that is worthy of a SOPRANOS episode. Complete with nefarious figures, blackmail, organized crime, and even “death threats”. ( SEE ARCHIVE. This TRULY could be a MOVIE, I mean I have seen much worse in terms of plot development.
But THIS STORY is almost fucking SHAKESPEARIAN. It has LYING, THEFT, BACKSTABBING. BRIBERY, EXTORTION, RACKATEERING, POLITICAL SCHEMING, INCESTIOUS DEALINGS, SEXUAL FAVORS, FAKE NEWS, ENVIRONMENTAL CRIMES, FALSE ADVERTISING, MONEY LAUNDERING, BAIT and SWITCH, and essentially breaking EVERY US LAW on the BOOKS for the LEGAL SALE OF REAL ESTATE.

Anywhoo- Joe chose to use his time with me to “mother-fuck” – The people and corporation of SDRI and TRES CRUCES as “pirates” and “land thieves” and “invaders” who were essentially STEALING LAND from RFB, and that the “article” on PNO was making it hard for them to raise money and sell with this bad publicity.

They obviously had a different tale to tell.

But I need to preface everything from here on out, that it WAS an instance of the most SELF-INFLICTED, MASOCHISTIC, UNNECESSARY, and COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE exhibition of SELF-VICTIMIZATION I have ever witnessed in all my years on Earth.
Many intelligent and seemingly bright people simply CHOSE to continue down the rabbit hole.
This was done in spite and in an arrogant dismissal of all of the FACTS that PNO and I have presented to these VICTIMS over the years.

In asking that, the abundance of RED FLAGS simply needs to be addressed.
A Real Estate transaction is traditionally one of the more monitored and demanding business matters to conduct.
In the US, a real estate AGENT needs to be LICENSED and have their capacity overseen by a BROKER.
Each state has a DBPR or Department of Business and Professional Regulation which oversees agency compliance.
ALL US states have a REAL ESTATE COMMISSION, which BOTH Agents and Brokers need to take continued education tests to maintain their active status.
( Florida = FREC, Georgia=GREC, and so on).
You then have an APPRAISER which performs an assessment, which in turn is reported to the COUNTY TAX MANAGER.
That value is more than often provided to a BANK or MORTGAGE LENDER to qualify for FINANCING if you don’t possess the luxury to purchase it outright.
That BANK will require an INSPECTION COMPANY to complete an inspection to assure the bank is not assuming a higher risk.
If approved and inspection is passed, we then move forward with a CLOSING AGENT which oversees that GFIL or Good Faith in Lending is adhered to, and receives the down payment required by the BANK or LENDER, which is PLACED in ESCROW, to remain protected, until such time it can be assured there is a smooth transfer of TITLE to be passed from SELLER to BUYER or LENDER.
On completion of the CLOSING, you can then EASILY see ONLINE via your COUNTY TAX MANAGER, the unambiguous and LEGALLY recognized NEW OWNER of said property is.
Having written all this somewhat condescending information down, so many had no reservations depositing LARGE AMOUNTS of MONEY into an account in a FOREIGN COUNTRY, with a RIDICULOUS TITLE WEBSITE (Registro Publico ), that is in the name of CARMEN VICENTE with ZERO specific or recorded mandates memorialized in which she has to perform the requirements of an ESCROW agent. She is the ATTORNEY for RED FROG BEACH/OGI- she has ONE CLIENT.
In Panama, escrow services are regulated by Law 1 of 1984 and Law 21 of 2017. Only licensed local trust agencies are authorized to hold funds in Panama. Escrow for real estate transactions offers convenience, reliability, and speed, ensuring security.

As per the recorded statements of ex-employees, Joe has run that account like his own ATM machine with complete impunity and ZERO oversight for 20 years.
