Panama showing off to the “scumbag” Saudis. No room to speak on Human Rights

International Relations

Panama is certainly stepping up to the world stage. As was the case under Varela with increased business with Communist China ( the leader in Human Rights abuse), the red carpet is rolled out for the Saudis. I find it interesting the tour is led by a woman. It would NOT be the case in Riyadh.
