Under the slogan “From Dream to Owner” will be held this year Expo Vivienda 2018, the most important real estate fair of the summer, organized by the Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC).

The event will be held at the Atlapa Convention Center from April 12 to 15, informed the president of Expo Vivienda, Tania Di Bello Robles.

“Our projections are favorable, so we expect to register during the four days of the event mortgage transactions in the order of $ 120 million,” said Di Bello Robles.

In   the sixteenth edition of Expo Vivienda 2018, 200 exhibitors will participate, including promoters and real estate companies, with more than 400 projects   within the social interest, including those of preferential interest, up to those of high cost.

“We guarantee all our visitors the sale of the best projects of houses, apartments and land in Panama City, beach areas, mountains and major cities in the interior of the country,” said Di Bello Robles.

The properties are distributed in the province of Panama, and in sectors such as Arraiján, La Chorrera, San Francisco, Juan Diaz, Rio Abajo, Bethania, Pueblo Nuevo, Las Cumbres, Bella Vista and December 24.

Expo Vivienda 2018 also has a series of activities within the framework of the exhibition, such as the “Do it yourself” workshops, which have the purpose of teaching attendees to remodel and repair any damage to their home without the need to hire the services of a technician.

The workshops will be held from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 April. Like the fair, all activities are free.

The workshops include ideas to save water in your home, the steps to paint as a professional, care and restore the finishes, technological trends in lighting and energy saving, learn how to install and repair your faucets, how to install locks and decoration of the walls with fiber cement.

Other workshops are focused on avoiding raised floors, cracks and holes, renovation and protection of roofs, elimination of leaks and leaks and how to make vertical gardens in your home.
