How about a little copywrite infringement with a sprinkle of false advertising and straight up BULLSHIT?

I promised that I would be following up on my visit to RED FROG BEACH and I am. I am hopeful many read my last post about the Contract of Adhesion, that I went as far to speak with a Real Estate Fraud case builder to gain his insight.  I am vetting all sources, including what has been sent in to us from Red Frog victims.

I am doing this to continue to try to help those entangled in RFB currently, but more importantly, to hopefully stop any further victims from being lied to and as a result being effected. Beyond the potential copyright infringement regarding GREEN GLOBE this in my opinion is another potential Federal Crime in The United States of America in terms of Federal Trade Commission violations in regards to illicit advertising.  Do you all remember the fake buyer that was alleging to be receiving a double digit return based on the fake rental guarantee they were offering?  I think if my memory serves me correctly his name was “C.  Clarke”.   C. Clarke?  Bueller?  Bueller?  Bueller?   I think C. Clarke was Ferris Bueller neighbor or cousin or something lol 😆.  Regardless it’s another crime.

As I previously mentioned, the smell of human feces and visible flow of polluted water leaving RFB property was one of the biggest takeaways from my visit.
I am hard on MiAmbiente often, as I feel the environmental lure of Panama is what needs to be protected at all costs.

From day one Joe the Batman and Bolton his Robin pitched PNO that they were absolute stewards for the environment and proudly threw around their GREEN GLOBE CERTIFICATION in nearly every email they ever sent us.  Now according to GREEN GLOBE themselves, the auditor that red frog used is now under scrutiny for having misled GREEN GLOBE.  Buyers/Owners would have all the luxuries of mainland life diversified amongst the canopy of the rainforest in a sanctuary of environmental consciousness!  What a crock of shit!

Well I took it upon myself to contact them directly and for the record drum roll…….

RED FROG BEACH IS NOT GREEN GLOBE CERTIFIED, and I TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT STOP CONTACTING THEM UNTIL THEIR BADGE OF ENDORSEMENT IS REMOVED FROM THE WEBSITE.

Prospective buyers and those that are already victims this false advertising affects your investment!  Here is what they said in reply….

The Green Globe membership has been CANCELLED and they do not hold any type of valid certificate.  Joe?  Steve? Sales Team????   Bueller?  Bueller?  Bueller? Ferris?   Now I’ve been told that Joe is already blaming home owners that have also contacted GREEN GLOBE for their potential revocation.  Let’s be clear it’s been revoked and has nothing to do with any owners.  The CEO of GREEN GLOBE went a step further and stated they are infringing on their copyright!   She stated clearly they are NO LONGER allowed to use the Logo or any other GREEN GLOBE intellectual property on ANY marketing or any other communications. AND THEY WILL BE ORDERED TO REMOVE ANY SIGNAGE ON PROPERTY RELATING TO GREEN GLOBE AS OF TOMORROW!  I plan to continue to follow up on this over the coming weeks if no updates are made to the Red Frog website, and I may be planning another trip to Bocas in the coming weeks.

GREEN GLOBE further stated the auditors used are now being scrutinized and it appears they never had the level of certification they were promoting.  Hmmm.  Would Joe stretch the truth?   Of course not he creates his own version of the truth and mixes it up and serves out like kool aid Jim Jones style.   However, his Kool Aid only causes economic death to those that drink it.

The CEO from GREEN GLOBE went on to state they will look into this  as nothing is compliance with their policies having reviewed their file.  He assured us that Green Globe will act and takes their licensing extremely seriously.

She further stated that the “Green Globe Certified” logo being used is not theirs either. Which warrants even greater concern and much further investigation of a potential fraud.  He states that their name being used is very worrisome in light of ongoing apparent environmental crimes, but the blatant misuse of copyright will not go unpunished.  She stated if they attempt to renew their certification it will not be renewed any attempt will be denied vigorously.  She further stated they will also remove them from their online platform and no longer add them to reporting to any third party sites or booking engines as well.  Seems like GREEN GLOBE is pissed and will be dropping the hammer.  Let’s see!

So much for the bullshit that is spewed upon still faithful foolish followers of Joe in the face of such extreme evidence of how everything there is done.  In my opinion this started out with incompetence in the early years and then converted into a potentially a very real organized racquet.  Very sad but quite likely true.   Time will tell.

Joe has personally told me over the phone that he and is RFB are the victims.  They’ve been  muscled around by “thugs” and the counter party is the “mafia”.   That was so sophisticated that the FBI and SEC and Embassy couldn’t out wit them.  What a crock of shit!   Just like the shit floating around in the marina and being pumped into the bay.  Oh, and by the way I love the Mario Jonah letter to homeowners where he admits to the environmental crimes.   What a dumbass.  The same guy they prop up to cry about locals losing their jobs and then he goes around and bullies and intimidates homeowners.  Whilst I’m told those knuckleheads are being rewarded by Joe himself with high fives and fist bumps for said intimidation.  What of the people he misled?   Now that they’re no longer being sheep they are treated as less than human and he could care less if they’re scared or intimidated or without electricity or water.  It’s time for him to get what he deserves.  If I were him I would take all the blame, apologize to everyone and run!    That’s what a real man would do but instead he casts blame and keeps trying to sell whatever he can knowing he can’t every deliver on what he’s selling and even worse he and the sales staff does not disclose the real state of the situation.  How do I know?  Well I’ve been communicating incognito with the sales director and she’s totally complicit at this point and stupid.
