“We are very happy and excited to add Samy and Sandra Sandoval. They are a great reference in the artistic world of our country. “We hope that, in this party at the Biomuseo, we come together as a community to celebrate our isthmus, its biodiversity and its people, and celebrate the completion of a decade of discoveries and wonder at the Biomuseo,” highlights Meera Sachani, from the Biomuseo team. communications of the cultural center.
For this event you will be received from 4:00 pm. There will be guided tours of the Biomuseo exhibits and also the exteriors, to learn more about the architecture of this building. The team of divers will do dives in the ocean tanks of the ‘Oceans Divided’ exhibit, which will allow a better understanding of the true scale of these fish tanks, which are the largest in Panama and Central America, explains Sachani.

And, of course, there will be ‘Los Patrones de la Cumbia’ in a live show, in which their best hits will be enjoyed, for the first time, at the Biomuseo. Tickets are on sale at Panatickets or you can request more information from the Biomuseo on their social networks.
As the 10th anniversary day approaches on October 2, special activities will be taking place. Among these activities, we are already planning new ‘Nights at the Biomuseo’, talks from the ‘Visiting Expert’ conversation program, and also new exhibitions and installations that will enrich the educational offering of the Biomuseo. The Biomuseo was designed by Frank Gehry, the most famous living architect in the world, and is his only work in all of Latin America. The institution that manages the Biomuseo is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provoke change, educating about the interdependence between life and its environment. The existence and operation of the Biomuseo is possible thanks to the support of the entire community, he concludes.
