Panama City Sets New Alcohol Sales Hours
PANAMA, September 1, 2026 — The Municipality of Panama has established new operating hours for businesses that sell alcoholic beverages in the capital district.
Under the municipal decree, sales may run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday and until 4:00 a.m. Thursday through Saturday. Businesses operating after 11:59 p.m. need a current night permit and must also comply with municipal and national noise rules.
