Varela stance on China is in direct opposition to the US
The President of China, Xi Jinping , is already on Monday, December 3, the Palace of the Herons.
This, as part of the official agenda for his first visit to the isthmus.
In the Palacio de las Garzas, Xi was received by the president Juan Carlos Varela, with whom, immediately afterwards, he will hold a private meeting.
The agenda of the Chinese president in Panama also includes an expanded meeting where authorities from both countries will participate, the signing of some 19 agreements between institutions of Panama and China, a pronouncement before the media.
