According to the authorities, the event had the objective of transmitting and strengthening the educational community and the population in general.

“It seeks to spread a message of the conservation of natural ecosystems, avoiding contamination and enrichment of forests, so that it can be released to its natural area,” said the Ministry of Environment.

They detailed that this endangered amphibian is in the process of conserving its species at the El Valle Amphibian Conservation Center, that day by day the team of biologists delivers their knowledge to the work, not only of the Golden Frog but of other amphibians prone to disappear from the natural area. Due to the unbalanced mismanagement that human beings maintain in nature.

In addition, in this activity, varieties of stands were observed, by institutions and organized groups such as: Mida El Valle Agency, Ecological Police of Panama, AGUITEVA, Cooperativa La Pintada Servios Múltiples RL, Artisan and Gastronomic Corridor.
