Back here in PTY, there was quite a bit going on that we (PNO) are pretty activated on going forwards. I want to start by extending a GRACIOUS THANK YOU – to “Casa del Mar” in BOCAS for hosting BOTH  Anthony, and Steven last week. ( Secretly I’m pissed I have not been able to get down there as of yet ).

As I eluded to prior to heading home, 2026 is time to seek a different approach. Hence the reason that a group of relevant people gathered to meet. In the approaching DECADE of me “flapping my gums”, PNO has TRULY TRIED to to evolve and HELP people. And to be HONEST, I think the EFFORT has never been questioned, but RESULTS have been less than desired.  BUT THAT IS “PANAMA’s” FAULT.  I have never seen, let alone felt, the IMPOTENCE of a legal process than during my time here. The ENTIRE SYSTEM is in need of CIALIS. The country has NO BALLS. 

The level of INACTION from “Government” OVERSIGHT AGENCIES is laughable. 

So it was fitting to assemble people in BOCAS del TORO, home to some of the MOST EGREGIOUS mis-treatment of EX-PATS one can ever imagine. A “Lord of the Flies” example of unchecked profiteering enough to make anyone sick. 

From that experience however, I have met some VERY VERY SMART PEOPLE that were victims of “RED FRAUD BEACH” that don’t take shit lying down. And being a part of those battles is what is prompting a shift in efforts. I see VERY CLEARLY that the true HELP FOR EX-PATS HAS TO START AT THE BEGINNING.    BEFORE ARRIVAL or PURCHASE in PANAMA.    AFTER is TOO LATE!!!!       I’m 100% certain MANY WILL DISAGREE. ( Mostly lawyers) . IGNORE ME AT YOUR OWN PERIL people.   

To support this direction, “PNO” requires a facelift of it’s own.  No longer just a platform for my opinions, the need to gain traction and bandwidth is calling.

By having the help of others, I (“JB”) can TRULY do what I want in speaking on what brought me to PANAMA.
