IPHE Students Learn Sustainable Production Through Ecological Farming
PANAMA, August 27, 2026 — Students in IPHE’s intermediate technical program in ecological farms are learning a sustainable production model in Chepo that uses water more efficiently.
The program combines practical agricultural training with environmental adaptation, including techniques connected to rice-fish production. Organizers present the model as a way for students to build useful skills while responding to climate pressure and local food-production needs.
