Nicolás Maduro, who has already presumed his salsa skills with a Caracas rhythm, poses before public television during his campaign for re-election to the Presidency of Venezuela, trying out the bolero that dances and sings in front of the crowds that applaud him and they scream for help.

As soon as the mythical piece of the 50s sounds, Piel Canela, the first lady, Cilia Flores, goes out of the racks as choreography to accompany her husband who takes a few steps to fan the mass of supporters, a scene that has become a show in a loop throughout the campaign.

“To this man who is standing here the only thing that matters is happiness (…) that’s why the song seems perfect, let’s sing it, let’s dance it, all because the revolution ‘you care about yourself, and you and Only you, “Maduro sang in the Yaracuy state (west) reciting the lyrics of Puerto Rican Bobby Capó.

On one occasion the leader of the so-called “Bolivarian revolution” has joked in public, assuring that the reason why Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos envies him, with whom he maintains intense discord, is because the Venezuelan president knows how to dance.
