Panama Al Brown film to be shown at Cannes Film Festival

One of the most prestigious events in the film world, the Festival de Cannes, will serve as a showcase for the production ‘Panama Al Brown: When the fist opens’, this was announced by the director and film producer, Carlos Aguilar a La Estrella of Panama, this Wednesday.

The life of ‘Panama’ Al Brown portrayed in the documentary, will be part of the Festival of Cannes in its 71st edition, within the section ‘Film Market’, in which films from different countries will be presented to the public and to different distributors that could Give them an international boost from May 8 to 19.

The journey and life of the Panamanian puglista, first Ibero-American professional boxing champion, through latitudes such as New York, Paris, Madrid and Valencia, will have the honor of being presented at one of the industry’s events with the greatest international projection, such as a reunion with one of the figures that most prides the essence of the cultural and sports history of Panama.
