So I have been a relatively good boy all things considered according to my wife since we have returned.

I have not been sooooooo pre-occupied with “JH” and his consistent string of bullshit and what OGI and the whole merry band of “Management” continue to do to the owners and “victims” down in Bocas del Toro.  But then I get gaslighted.  And I am sent a document that BEGS to be broken down and discected.

I of course, am referring to the list of “OPTIONS” recently provided to the investors “nee’ victims” that invested in BLUE PEARL.  What makes this even more hard for me to swallow is the FACT I am keenly aware that these people were provided an opportunity well over a year ago to be a part of a criminal group action against “JH” and his entire group in which much of the complaint, was that it was presented that “BLUE PEARL” and “THE CLIFFS”, were nothing more than make believe, never to be completed, CASH GRABS, that were created as a means to create cash flow to deal with the BIGGER problem that is the already constructed and with owners of REDFROG BEACH and RESORT.

My point is simple-  if your offered STIR-FRY SHIT-  BOILED SHIT- or FRIED SHIT, your still eating SHIT!!!!

Sadly, NOBODY listened, or they chose to listen to their own independent and self-intefrested $250 per hr lawyers. Ones that have no insight into international real estate FRAUD. As a result, not a single CONDO “victim” is a party to said action. And it is “THEY”, who are the biggest losers in this two decade charade.  At least Villa Owners have a physical home………..these CONDO buyers are the epitome of “Fleeced and “F—d”.

Please tell me in what world does a list of “OPTIONS” presented to these buyers- have listed as BENEFIT #2 AVOID COSTLY LITIGATION ??????

It is essentially an admission that they were less than transparent or honest, and envision people “lawyering up”.  These people are truly ass clowns.
