Greetings to the readers and visitors that we have been corresponding with me and the site over the years. PNO endeavors to be a source of informtaion and news that can educate those new Ex-Pats that arrive each year. However, we also like to break things down locally for those already here, and at time shed some light on the corruption that CAN and DOES exist unfortunately in our island and retiree paradise.
I mentioned we had a group of 4 that was making the drive down to Bocas after ome of the things we have seen and heard. Admittedly, noboday else in my group was really charged up for this trip. Especially since I chose to drive. But the truth is after the news I have heard about say (Cecilio Miller) added to the fact that I didn’t want my name appearing on any airplane manifest in that goes to that remote area. I wanted this done this week, sorry for the delay.
What my wife and I have come to learn, is we indeed do have enemies. Ones that would wish we just shut up. But how can someone sit with an idle lip when you openly see grown adults LYING and STEALING from uninformed Americans? I simply can’t, and it has led to much stress.

Ya gotta admit they lay it on thick. First by not talking about the infrastructure, then showing you shots that look more like Maui, than a resort in Panama. Those images have to be 20 years old.
PNO has taken this topic of “Red Frog Beach”, by being provoked. When one has done the things Joe Haley and Steve Bolton have done, I would think a low profile would have been a better way to proceed. That did not happen.
So here we are in 2023, and I found myself walking through those same streets of Isla Colon. I have to admit, it is certainly a bit too Bohemian for me, but I can see where this would be a cash cow for the nation if run properly. No need for breakfast as we ate along the way, so it was off to find a water taxi to take us to Red Frog under the guise of meeting friends.
When coming around the marshes and mangroves, youbegin to see the semblance of an operation. We had a name and unit number to provide if anyone asked the purpose of our visit. I am obviously NOT going to reveal the name of the owner whom we communicate with, but the first 20 minutes or so was relatively uneventful.
One thing that was truly un-avoidable to steer clear from was the STENCH and OVERWHELMING smell of SEWAGE and or FECES. Basically the whole place smells like shit. Not the welcome of a lovely lady with a tropical beverage by far.
I kept my “eye” open for Miller, but I assume he is indeed either fired or was not around. Doing an expose on an actual murderer creates a bit of anxiousness I can assure you. While awaiting a golf cart to take us to our destination, the whole place looked dead and disorganized. So glad to see people sending stuff in to prove this is a true shithole that aspires to be paradise lie it is selling.
So people, here we are again, after the Miller story, after the drug arrests, and we are full circle back to the ZOMBIE photos that got me the cease and desist. RFB defenders state all is “ANONYMOUS”……..well I certainly am not, and others are operating in the light of day with each week that passes. Tell me what YOU SEE. The same GREEN shirted, unqualified staff, greeting you to a land full of shit.
Over the course of the last few weeks, I have had readers send in their experiences when either visiting or trying to reach their properties being physically impeded with and acosted and not allowed. It all seems to stem from a contract that JOE HALEY is trying to BULLY through the COA/HOA that would literally absolve OGI and be hugely beneficial to them, and SCREW THE OWNERS to no end. Or at least until everyone gathers, bangs up, and gets in his face with a FIGHT. More on that in the coming week.
