The publication Lonely Planet highlighted Panama in the fourth position among the top 10 countries in the world to visit in 2019.

“Welcome to the crossing of the Americas. In Panama, the north meets the south at a tropical biodiversity festival held at a world-class BioMuseo. The east meets the west through the growing global trade with the world’s largest cargo ships traveling through the newly renovated Panama Canal. ”

This is the letter of introduction that the famous travel guide makes of Panama, not to mention the white sand beaches, the tropical forest or the indigenous culture, “so many treasures in a small country” that “it is shocking that it is still under of the radar somehow. ”

The celebration for the 500 years of the founding of the city of Panama will be another attraction to visit the country next year.

The list of 10 countries is headed by Sri Lanka , followed by Germany and Zimbabwe, which precede Panama.
