The access to BOTH elective procedures as well as quality ongoing care is a HUGE aspect to be considered when deciding on your Ex-Pat landing place. LATIN AMERICA has depended on this for decades and thus creating a massive income center for these countries.

Mostly derived from “MEXICO CITY”, but they are throughout all of the country. Finding true PROFESSIONALS in the other states such as BCS, QUINTANA ROO, is surprisingly difficult.
I am awaiting to hear how the attempts to consult with Mrs. Cota-Pena proceed, but in light of who I am aware it happened to, I would suggest they get their house in order. “SHRM” is responsible for many people seeking to buy and move to MEXICO each year.
