New process being developed for Supreme Court Justices

Legal

The State Commission for Justice is preparing to develop a “comprehensive and participatory” process, when it is up to interview and scrutinize the candidates for judges of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) .

This was reported to this means by the Administration’s attorney, Rigoberto González , who also serves as coordinator of the commission. González explained that they will enable an email for citizens to comment on the candidates.

If a citizen is aware of any case or complaint that affects any of the applicants, you can send the complaint to the commission through that e-mail, whose address will be defined next week.

The comments may also be presented at the headquarters of the Training Center of the Administration Procurator’s Office, located in Llanos de Curundu. “We want a process as broad and participatory, and that the principle of transparency is applied as much as possible,” he added.
