Early this Wednesday, a pick-up vehicle went to the bottom of the sea in front of the Ferry ramp on Isla Colón, Bocas del Toro.
It was known that the occupants managed to get out in time. According to the police, the driver was intoxicated.
The incident occurred around three in the morning.
