Health System of Panama to be analyzed

“For a preventive, universal and quality health system” , is the name of the forum organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama, allied with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and other business associations.

This forum on health and social security is part of the “Agenda 2019-2024 country” project of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama.

Gabriel Barletta, president of the Chamber of Commerce, said that “health as well as education are one of the major concerns of our society.”

Barletta stressed that education and health have an impact on the population’s life and on the future development model of the country. ”

“Health, a fundamental pillar in the development of society, is a duty and a constitutionally established right”. With these words began his speech at the forum César Tribaldos, former president of the Chamber of Commerce and coordinator of the event.
