Dear Red Frog resident,
This is XXXXXXX, co-producer of the Ad Sidera Semper Festival (ADS). Many of you have met
me during my many visits to Red Frog over the last 4 years. As a reference, I was the one who
organized the meeting between the Enjoy Group and the Red Frog HOA at La Rosa.
This year ADSIDERA will be held at a combination of Selina, El Palmar and public beach at Red
Frog on October 31 thru November 5. Our VIP clientele will be staying in villas at Red Frog Resort.
*What is Adsidera Semper?*
Adsidera Semper, meaning “to the stars always” in Latin, is more than just a festival; it’s a
celebration of life, values, and the legacy we leave behind. It’s a five-day immersive journey that
combines music, art, wellness, nature, and community in a harmonious blend. Born from a place
of love and remembrance, ADSIDERA was created in 2021 by my partner to honor the life of his
father who passed away. His vision was to create a higher-end event that celebrates life with
values, respect and honors those who were before us, while leaving a positive legacy for those
who will come.
Since its first edition, Adsidera has captured the essence of music, art, wellness, and nature,
creating a magical environment where every attendee can deeply connect with their surroundings
and themselves. It has quickly become a renowned, high-end celebration of music, wellness, art,
nature, and community.
*How will Adsidera Semper benefit Red Frog Resort and Bocas del Toro?*
• *Increased Tourism and Property Value:* ADSIDERA attracts a discerning international clientele
(80% fly in from abroad), primarily between 35-50 years old. These are not your typical Bocas
backpackers. They are seeking unique experiences and contribute significantly to the local
economy.
• *Economic Boost:* 75% of our investment stays within the local economy of Bocas del Toro.
The first edition of this event gave a strong push to the delicate economy of the island after the
pandemic.
• *Positive Exposure:* ADSIDERA is gaining recognition as the best of its kind in Panama, rivaling
established events in Costa Rica. With extensive media coverage, including a weekly radio show
in Ibiza, and a strong social media presence (reaching over 5 million organically), we will
showcase the beauty of Bocas del Toro to the world.
*Addressing Environmental Concerns:*
We understand the importance of protecting the stunning natural environment of Bocas del Toro.
We are committed to minimizing our impact and have implemented several measures:
• *Conservation Skits:* Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with an engaging skit performed by
professional actors dressed as a red frog and sloth, highlighting conservation protocols and resort
rules.
• *Guided Hikes:* Hikes to Polo Beach, Wizard Beach, etc., will be conducted with experienced
local guides who prioritize environmental responsibility.
• *Red Frog Corridor Monitoring:* Access to the “red frog corridor” will be carefully monitored to
ensure minimal disturbance to this sensitive area.
• *Above-Ground Restrooms:* Strategically placed above-ground porta-potties will be provided
to prevent any negative impact on the natural surroundings.
*Community Engagement and Support:*
• *Local Partnerships:* We actively collaborate with local authorities, the taxi association, water
taxi association, NGOs, and numerous hospitality companies, ensuring the success of the event
benefits the entire community.
• *Charitable Initiatives:* Following our $5,000 donation to Caribbean Coral Restoration last year,
the ADSIDERA Foundation will be supporting local schools and partnering with Francine Roy’s
nonprofit on Urraca Island (monkey island) this year. In addition, the event will be sponsoring the
water catchment and filtration project at Bahia Roja school as well as the Sloth Highway plan from
the Sloth Institute of Costa Rica.
*Minimizing Disruption to Red Frog Residents:*
• *Isla Resort Services Accommodation:* Isla Resort Services has generously offered free
accommodations at any of their properties for Red Frog residents during the festival. Residents
will also be offered complimentary tickets to the event and we welcome them to join us, especially
for the wellness events.
• *Dedicated Security:* We will have our own security team, allowing Red Frog security to focus
on their regular duties. The local police will be assisting us.
• *Offsite Main Stage:* The main stage will be situated on public beach land near The Point, with
sound directed away from Red Frog, minimizing noise disruption. All permits and insurance has
been obtained.
We are confident that Adsidera Semper will be a resounding success, showcasing the beauty of
Bocas del Toro while contributing to its economic growth in an environmentally responsible

This is all Bullshit.  The residents DON’T WANT THIS, and it is a blatant cash grab by them because they are cash strapped and leaking like a old boat. They do NOT now, nor have they EVER cared about the sanctity and safety of the RESIDENTS. People on RFB are retirees that don’t want to take “Molly” and hear Electronic Music so loud the sloths fall out of trees.

They have distributed a SECURITY policy that is conveinently dated “2023”- when ALL know very well they have NEVER had a “SECURITY PROTOCOL”.  Ex-Employees have provided statements to verify such. And you can’t erase Cecilio Millers paycheck stub.
