I thank “JB” for allowing us to post because this is complete LIES and CYA nonsense. They have NEVER – EVER had or enforced ANY Security Protocols or Background Checks of any kind.
RED FROG SECURITY has been comprised of Local Uneducated Thugs that have:

RED FROG SECURITY POLICY
1. Introduction
This Security Policy outlines the protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and
security of guests, staff, and property at Red Frog Beach. The policy aims to minimize
risks, prevent unauthorized access, and respond effectively to any security incidents. All
staff and management are required to adhere to this policy to maintain a secure
environment.
Red Frog Beach Resort is a PRIVATE PROPERTY. There is NO PUBLIC to enter or pass
through the resort whatsoever. It’s very much like a gated golf course community in the
United States. The resort is made up of several large parcels, “mother fincas,” owned by
different entities and ownership groups. Oceans Group International, “OGI” has
development agreements with each of these entities that allow for access as long as those
accessing the different areas abide by the contracts. OGI has invested millions of dollars
over the years creating entrance and accessways. OGI and its partners invest in
maintenance and security of the resort and require cost reimbursement from those that
that use the entrance, roadways, and shared areas.
2. Objectives
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests, owners, and staff.
• Protect the resort’s assets, infrastructure, and property.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the island and resort facilities.
• Establish procedures for handling security incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and privacy for all guests.
3. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, and any other personnel who
work on the island. It also governs the conduct of guests, visitors, and external service
providers while on the premises.
4. Security Personnel
• 4.1. Hiring and Training:
o All security personnel must undergo a rigorous background check.
o Security staff must be trained in basic first aid, emergency response, and
conflict de-escalation techniques.
o Continuous professional development will be provided to ensure security
staff remain up-to-date with the latest practices.
• 4.2. Roles and Responsibilities:
o Head of Security: Oversees all security operations, manages the security
team, and is responsible for policy enforcement.
o Security Guards: Patrol the island, monitor access points, and respond to
security incidents.
o Emergency Response Team: Specially trained personnel who respond to
emergencies, such as medical incidents, fire, or natural disasters.
5. Access Control
• 5.1. Perimeter Security:
o The island’s perimeter will be monitored 24/7 by surveillance systems and
patrolled by security personnel.
o Access to the island is restricted to authorized personnel and registered
guests and owners only.
• 5.2. Checkpoints:
o Checkpoints will be established at all entry and exit points, including docks,
helipads, and any other potential access points.
o All individuals must present valid identification and undergo a security check
before being granted access.
o Entrance Policy – there are only 3 approved entrances:
§ Reception – only authorized guests and owners allowed. No material
deliveries allowed whatsoever.
§ Marina – only authorized guests and owners allowed. Slip owners may
not allow access to anyone other than day guests. Slip Owners may
not conduct any commercial business from the Marina. No material
deliveries allowed whatsoever.
§ Logistics – only authorized guests and owners allowed. Material
delivery allowed under the following rules:
§ Owner must provide written request for delivery at least one
week in advance. Request must include a.)Project location
b.)project description c.)list of materials d.)weight and size of
total delivery.
§ OGI will provide approval or denial within 48 hours of request.
If approved, OGI will issue an invoice for the entry, dock,
security, and handling fee.
§ Once the fee is paid, then OGI will schedule the delivery for the
owner.
§ No deliveries are allowed whatsoever if owner is not current
with OGI or partners accounts.
• 5.3. Visitor Policy:
o All visitors must be pre-registered by a guest or staff member and approved
by the Head of Security.
o Visitors will be escorted by security personnel at all times while on the
island.
6. Surveillance and Monitoring
• 6.1. CCTV:
o Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras will be strategically placed
throughout the resort, including entry points, common areas, and critical
infrastructure.
o CCTV footage will be monitored in real-time by the security team and stored
for 30 days for review if needed.
• 6.2. Alarms and Sensors:
o Motion sensors, door alarms, and other security devices will be installed in
vulnerable areas.
o Any unauthorized entry or suspicious activity will trigger an immediate alert
to the security control room.
7. Incident Response
• 7.1. Reporting Incidents:
o All security incidents, regardless of severity, must be reported immediately
to the Head of Security.
o A detailed incident report must be completed within 24 hours.
• 7.2. Emergency Protocols:
o Emergency procedures, including evacuation plans, will be clearly
communicated to all guests and staff.
o Regular drills will be conducted to ensure everyone is familiar with the
emergency response procedures.
• 7.3. Communication:
o A reliable communication system will be in place for security personnel to
coordinate during incidents.
o Guests will be provided with emergency contact information upon check-in.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
• 8.1. Guest Privacy:
o All guest information, including personal details and itinerary, will be kept
confidential.
o Security personnel are prohibited from disclosing any guest information to
unauthorized parties.
• 8.2. Data Security:
o All electronic security data, including CCTV footage and access logs, will be
securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel.
o Cybersecurity measures will be implemented to protect against data

• 9.1. First Aid:
o First aid kits will be readily available throughout the island.
o At least one member of the security team on duty will be trained in first aid.
