Milagros Lay hearing rescheduled for May 10

The intermediate hearing to Milagros Lay, accused of alleged fraud and falsification of documents was rescheduled for next Thursday, May 10, at 8:00 am in Room 9 of the Accusatory Penal System (SPA) in Plaza Ágora.

The diligence was suspended in order to inform one of the victims, who could not attend the hearing, about the exploration of alternative methods to which the parties came, the Judicial Body announced on its Twitter account.

It should be noted that Milagros Lay’s brother is also investigated for being elements of attachment for having received donations of money for alleged treatments and anti-cancer drugs allegedly suffered by Lay. Lay’s brother used his bank account to deposit the donated monies.
