The plenary session of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) , constituted in collegiate court, will hold a hearing this Monday, to attend a request for legal medical evaluation and change of precautionary measure in favor of former President Ricardo Martinelli .

The hearing began at 9:40 am and is broadcast on www.prensa.com . The session is led by the presiding judge Hernán De León , accompanied by Abel Zamorano, Oydén Ortega, Luis Mario Carrasco (alternate of Jerónimo Mejía), Wilfredo Sáenz (alternate of Harry Díaz), Cecilio Cedalise, Ángela Russo, Asunción Alonso (alternate of José Ayú Prado) and Efrén Tello (substitute of Luis Ramón Fábrega).

Harry Diaz , who participates in the hearing, but because of his status as prosecutor of the case , complained that in front of the building of the Judicial Branch there is a protest – convened by the spokesman of the former president, Luis Eduardo Camacho , and the former lady Marta Linares – to support Martinelli, but who -according to Diaz- hurled insults at the victims of the espionage carried out by the National Security Council . It is not the first time this happens.
