Martinelli calls for draining the swamp from exile.

Political FRAUD

He’s not wrong,,,,,but far from right.

The Attorney General of the Nation, Javier Caraballo, confirmed this Friday night that he dismissed prosecutor Zuleika Moore

Following the announcement of the dismissal of then-prosecutor Zuleyka Moore, former President of the Republic, Ricardo Martinelli, requested this Saturday, July 29, that the Attorney General of the Nation, Javier Caraballo, “clean up the Public Prosecutor’s Office.”

“Fix justice or there will be no chen chen for the poorest. Don’t stop, Attorney Caraballo, and cleanse the Public Ministry of that human scum. Then there is the Judicial Branch, where all the judges and magistrates of the Superior Court only have contracts for 6 months to press the rulings, in accordance with politics, money or vendettas,” Martinelli wrote in his personal X account of him.

On the social network, the former president also indicated that “the purge has just begun in the Public Ministry. The faces of Sterling, Morcillo and Sáenz are missing. Also Emeldo and Aronna, who, along with William Moore, in my office 5 defendants in the New Business case told us how they were charged, bribed, and stole $4.3 million to lie and got them removed from the case.”

This whole situation, according to Martinelli, was witnessed “by 7 people who can testify to that. “This case is a legal aberration, but I can tell you that we are already negotiating and signing with Netflix a series to expose everyone, one by one, that will surely change the foundations and the perception of many about this country.”

The Attorney General of the Nation, Javier Caraballo, confirmed on the night of Friday, June 28, that he dismissed prosecutor Zuleyka Moore, who investigated the Odebrecht case in Panama.

Ricardo Martinelli was sentenced to 10 years and 6 months in prison in July 2023 for the case. He will also have to pay a fine of more than $19.2 million for the New Business case. He has been in asylum at the Nicaraguan embassy in Panama since February 7, 2024.
