Hearing suspended for prosecuted Jewish businessmen

The hearing that would be held on Monday, September 17, in the process followed by Mayer Mizrachi Matalón -and four others- for the alleged commission of crimes against the public administration to the detriment of the Government Innovation Authority (AIG) was suspended.

The Judicial Body reported that the measure is due to the fact that one of the parties announced the filing of an appeal.

Thus, the hearing will be held on October 2, 3 and 4, at 9:00 am, before the Thirteenth Criminal Court.
