by James “JB” Bryson

So maybe it is the old man in me, but I don’t think texting while driving is a good thing.

I further don’t think texting while driving in the rain is a good thing.

And I definitely don’t feel that texting while driving in the rain while your driving a taxi is a good thing!!

Well I got rear ended yesterday on Calle 50 while those exact things happened. And I got the joy of waiting in the rain for around 90 minutes for the speedy local Police to come and wrap everything up. So that was not my best way to spend a Thursday.

C’mon people, cars have bluetooth. Put the phones down and keep the eyes up.

Hasta la Proxima-

A liitle REGISTRO PUBLICO check. How does old “CV” at RED FROG justify LOT sales appraised at $1k??

“JB” – so yeah, more FRAUD, FRAUD, and more FRAUD.   Under appraising real estate in Panama, you need to understand the local legal framework and market conditions to accurately determine property value, often requiring professional appraisers certified under local regulations like Law No. 15 of 1959 and guidance from the IVAPPAN. Key …
