Guaranteeing us 15% return on our investment. What an absolute lie. It’s even worse JB. They rented out our villas without permission or knowledge and we’re keeping the money. Likewise when they did acknowledge rentals they kept the $$ that should have come to us and offered us a “credit”. Saying it was a way to get around paying income taxes on our revenues. It’s been one lie after the other. So frustrating because the place really is beautiful. Out biggest problem at this point is there is no way at this point to ever discern if what they are saying is true or false. After so many lies on so many occasions they meaning Joe and OGI are just completely unbelievable in terms of being a truthful source of information for us homeowners. Truly sad but we applaud your efforts to try and keep things being balanced and reported.
Anyone remember this FTC crime? reminding owners of the lies of Joe Haley.

This one is a great one because very recently the Government has enacted new policies due to people using FAKE endorsements. Something Joe is a master at. I have heard from former employees and owners alike, that “C.CLARK” is a manifestation, or more aptly put a LIE!!
For all of you old time Red Frog people, can you EVER remember a time someone like you was receiving a 15% return on top of your property being perfect?
Due to sites like YELP, TRIP ADVISOR, etc. people are aware that internet apparitions are created and making consumers make ill informed decisions.

In reading these recent articles, it demonstrates the way the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION is finally reacting to this type of duplicity.
Just someone please from the old guard of owners, the people who have sent me lists from the HOA of owners, anyone at anytime, ever know “C.CLARK” ?????
