IFARHU Reminds Guardians to Submit Second-Quarter Report Cards
PANAMA, September 14, 2026 — IFARHU reminded guardians that second-quarter report cards must be submitted by October 14 for students receiving benefits.
The reminder applies to primary, pre-middle and middle-school beneficiaries of scholarships, assistance or financial support. IFARHU says missing the deadline can affect the benefit.
