Assembly Committee Approves More Than B/.40 Million in MINGOB Transfers
PANAMA, August 21, 2026 — Government Minister Dinoska Montalvo presented five budget transfers worth more than B/.40 million to the National Assembly Budget Committee.
The transfers were approved after the ministry’s presentation on Thursday. Budget transfers move authorised funds between spending lines and remain subject to the applicable public-finance controls.
