So hello Bocas Brigade. I truly hope all are well.
I’m my continuing effort to speak the truth and be a stick in the wheel that is Red Frog and OGI, I’d like to provide some essay on the notes of his latest communication with an extremely divided flock.
Let us first discuss his “mistreatment “ by the Panamanian Government.

He has cajoled and slimed his way through multiple administrations.
Where there is smoke there is fire and Joe, Bolton, Cranney, Bussing, and others know I’m right.
I love how he candidly speaks of possibilities and foregone conclusions.
With a history of failure longer than trainsmoke, he keeps getting people to give him time to prove he lied again.
1) “Secure financing for completion of project”.    NEVER GONNA HAPPEN
2) “Secure a contract with 3rd party contractor to complete property”.  SEE ABOVE.  HE IS TOXIC NOBODY REAL EVER MATERIALIZES.
3) “Sell out remainder of available units” THAT BUYERS WILL NEVER RECEIVE.
4) “Continue construction until 1 and 2 are in place”. PIPE DREAM

I noticed no names of these life savers were mentioned by name. Everything is hypothetical and non concrete.

Another tidbit about the “RED FROG” 2.0 reasoning. Maybe ithe real reason it was being “put on hold” had more to do with the fact that they lost that land in court than anything having to do with infrastructure?!?  Can’t really expand your empire on other people’s property. That has played itself out in court and is done.

I could go on, but you people read it. It’s classic Joe. “Everything is under control” when there is a blazing inferno behind him. Think NAKED GUN.

He speaks of stalled sales and an upswing to occur. No chance. When are people gonna see Red Frog as you know it is deader than dead. His reputation in BDT has taken major shrapnel through his handling of the locals.

And as far as future sales go………good luck. Cause each day the groundswell against him rises.
And PNO will fact check and report on everything from him and do our best to prevent new victims.
