EX-PAT ALERT: Beware Crypto Currency offerings in Panama.

I just saw a very riveting documentary on NETFLIX entitled “Trust No One- The Hunt for the Crypto King”

I have ALWAYS been of the opinion that “Crypto” is nothing more than some dystopian millenial created bullshit!! In like “Hey, we can’t go out and make REAL money, so why not create a currency of our own?” One not backed by any economincal principles that have been established for centuries based off that production, sale and profiting from the sale of goods. Off of Supply and Demand. My generation still follows these values. As such I have invested in companies with solid numbers. Produce items or a service that people want, consume, use, desire. Essentially “Bitcoin” and the slew of people and money generators that operate in this mysterious space are snake oil salesmen/women that take advantage of a “microwave” and “I want instant gratification NOW” culture.
My concern to EX-PATS is getting involved with this type of investment strategy and MOST CERTAINLY….NOT doing so in PANAMA. It is a rabbit hole from one you will never return from.
