Can’t make this SHIT up: Martinelli possible VP for Roux. This is PANAMA!!

Politics

Former President Ricardo Martinelli , detained in El Renacer prison, could be the payroll partner of the Democratic Change presidential candidate (CD) , Rómulo Roux , in the general elections of May 2019.

This was announced on Wednesday, December 12, Luis Eduardo Camacho , spokesman for the ex-governor.

“Former President Ricardo Martinelli could accompany Rómulo Roux in the campaign as a candidate for vice president. This not only consolidates our party, but also brings a proven experience to the proposal that Cambio Democrático has to serve the country again as it did under the Martinelli administration, where there was quality of life for the people, growth and economic development, there was employment and citizen security, things that are absent today and the people suffer, “Camacho said in a statement, released by Ricardo Jaramillo, Roux campaign team.

Martinelli faces a trial for allegedly spying on communications from at least 150 people.

The Roux campaign had sent a statement on Wednesday afternoon informing about the decision, under the title “Martinelli and Roux, presidential formula that will awaken Panama . ”

However, minutes later they sent a second communication informing that it was corrected, under the title: “Roux and Martinelli, possible presidential formula that Panama will awaken” .
