After weeks, ,,,,even months of you sending information, I have relented to allowing you to GLOAT.  To other PNO readers ( almost impossible to be one without being aware of the interaction with Joseph Haley and Red Frog Beach aka Bastimentos Holdings), it was the editorial of Peter that sent these people into a goddamn frenzy.  In doing so, I was threatened with a C and D over a First Amendment issue written by a third party. I was then cajoled and ass kissed to have it taken down. And then, well……….the rest is just history. Truth be told I could give a MOUND of BABY SHIT at this time. My “PERSONAL” opinion of Joe, Steve, Dan, and the rest of his Co-Horts is etched in stone. LYING, THREATENING, FUCKING DIPSHITS.    “THEY” made the mistake of dragging me in and thinking I was like old bloggers looking to score a buck. I am not gonna re-release the OFFERS to ADVERTISE on PNO I refused via email from MF’ing DAN CRANNEY disguising himself as “JAY MILLER”. I won’t release the deposition I received where a former employee admits under oath that Joe created “PANAMA INSIGHTS aka INSIGGITS” lmfao.        My reason……is that I have learned NOT to care about the victims in that most have proven either “AFRAID” or so rich, “UNWILLING” to fight back.    I know there is an action involving the FBI that when the black cars arrive in Minnesota, many will be happy.  But I will not do more than I did to help people who don’t have the stones to organize and fight.  Steven and I cooperated with the group and the FBI, and that is it.  RFB owners and potential investors are ON YOUR OWN.    Caveat Emptor. 

So why Peter McKinney Part Deux.    Simply because it is so fucking funny. This guy sent in a picture he created on Windows Art in JANUARY of 2018—–OVER FOUR YEARS AGO,…..it was lambasted as untrue and we were harrassed to take it off the PNO site. Of which Johnny Cash responded in kind.  So out of pure “indulgence” to both Peter, and to a lesser degree myself for NOT taking it down, the simple reason is this situation is HILARIOUS.   

Lastly, after all the things said by “former RFB stalwarts” that are all singing like parrots in the jungle, I know the truth. And ANYONE, that wants to submit an OP ED of their own on “behalf” of RED FROG BEACH that supports these people and Joe in particular, I IMPLORE you to do so.   I WILL POST.   

Under (2) CONDITIONS—-  A) Don’t be an apparition. AKA “Jay Miller” or “Jay Silver”.

B) Don’t dare send threats to me or my family as I now have a direct line to FBI, and I WILL prosecute.

Well my purpose in writing my previous op ed to your readers especially to Rick was plain and simply a warning.  The intention was NOT prognostication but I must say I do feel a bit NOSTRADOMIC.   Beyond that I hope you feel completely vindicated as I do.  I know you took some heat including death threats and faced the demons of the Panamá Insights bot website for your publishing of my piece.

You know JB the saying “A picture is worth a 1000 words” has never been more fitting.  As seen below on my “How my family was scammed and screwed at Red Frog Beach”.  Note the illustration of the Zombie like security guard attacking what appears to be an indiscriminate person.   Note to the photo published on your site last week of the new head of security for Red Frog Mr. Cecilio Miller wildly wielding his Crocodile Dundee styled blade at the Tres Cruces clan on Polo Beach.   It’s absolutely uncanny the resemblance.   Glad to see that he and others were arrested that day.  I would love to hear what Red Frog’s upper managements take is on this?   They hire a man to live on the Red Frog resort to head up security that has spent 16 years in prison and was convicted of double murder!  We are not talking about self defense here.   Also according to his police record he was caught attempting to break out of prison and has multiple other felonies on his record.  It just dumbfounds me to see to what lengths Joe Haley and his team will go to in order to make good on old lies.

If you recall the gist of my old piece was really about Haley and Thurston.   The misrepresentations, the blame game and the multiple failures.   As I mentioned my sister and her husband bought principally for the Arnold Palmer golf course.   Obviously, that didn’t happen even though that’s what was sold.  Similarly as of late people have bought or been pacified by the failed promises of Nikki Beach and Marriott Autograph Collections.   Indeed those would add value and be a huge shot in the arm for anyone buying or owning already on the project or anywhere on the entire island for that matter.  Nikki Beach that never was has faded into a distant memory just like the Arnold Palmer Golf Course did for my sister.   The interesting thing is the evolution of Joe Haley over the years.  Nikki Beach and Marriott Autograph were only mentioned on calls and as being negotiated giving them the similar affect as the “Arnold Palmer” golf course on property but without putting it in print.  See before they actually showed and promoted their master plan with all 18 holes laid out and boy was that a fraud.  They blamed the environmental authority for it being removed.   Which is quite understandable based on the eco system but don’t promote and sell off a plan before you have the environmental plans in place and approved.   So now the evolution has become less in print and more in the spoken word.   Now Joe used terms like “Planned Future Boutique Hotel and Beach Club”.   So you gotta give him some credit he’s definitely evolved in his deception.   They smartly removed the Wright Thurston connections online however to some degree he is still involved.  I know because my sister as I mentioned still remains in contact with several friends and she’s been forwarded and forwarded on to me group emails where he appears as being kept in the loop.

Supposedly Joe Haley and Steven Bolton have brought on the company out of Costa Rica called the Enjoy Group.  They appear to be a legitimate and successful company that’s focus appears to be operating restaurants and a few hotels in Costa Rica.  For the friends that I have that are homeowners or note holders that have lent the project and Joe money I hope they not just take over operations of the rentals but the entire project from top to bottom.  They operate a Marriott in Costa Rica perhaps that’s the connection to try and bring one of the Marriott flags to the project.   Let’s hope so.   That would be a shot in the arm for all of the people who have like my sister fallen victim to not getting their golf course, their title, their condos which they’ve been sold, their lots and their guarantees on the many notes which were collateralized by land and promises. I even see these people trying to rope in Bitcoin VC’s that CLEARLY DON’T KNOW PANAMA.

I’ve openly got no respect for the management team at Red Frog current or past.  Joe has a list of angry ex and current clients as long as train smoke.  Ex partners, sales execs, and management personnel that have all left having been screwed spanning 18 years now.   With them as well he uses the same bully tactics depicted in the “Zombie” pic and real life picture of the head of security wielding a knife.   Back to Mr. Miller pictured being arrested for attacking the Tres Cruces guys with a deadly weapon.   I wonder if The Enjoy Group, Marriott Hotels, IGY Marinas are aware that their “partner” at Red Frog employees onsite Murderer?  That might be something JB you could dig into.  Perhaps reach out to them and see.  I would certainly think that from a liability standpoint someone like Javier Pacheco would take pause before allowing a murderer on staff.  Likewise, Andrew Farkas or Tom Mukamal of IGY Marinas.  IGY is a global brand who is rumored by Joe to be building potentially an even bigger marina on Bastimentos Island.  If they knew a convicted murderer had been hired by Joe Haley and did nothing and later if something happened they would be done!   I mentioned Nikki Beach previously obviously because Joe Haley and Steven Bolton both touted and opined for sometime that a deal was close to happening there, essentially “DONE”.  I feel very confident that Jack Penrod owner of Nikki Beach Global would likely oppose employee dangerous convicted criminals as common practice.   He is quoted on his own website as stating all of his projects are designed to be friendly, carefree, beautiful and SAFE.  “Safe”???

When I saw this article, I almost shit my pants.  The furor my post created. The fact they said it was fiction promoted by people I don’t even know. Read my first entry………what the FUCK is Polo Beach??   I had no axe to grind.

Let’s see what the future holds for Red Frog Beach, Joe Haley and the rest of his cast.  In my opinion the only difference between Joe Haley and Mr. Cecilio Miller is Mr. Miller has already been convicted of his past crimes.  Time will tell if Joe Haley and the rest of his cast will share a similar fate or not.   I know what I’m hoping for.
