Orlando Pinzón pointed out that for almost 10 years they have been demanding better management of the park from the authorities.

In the township of Rufina Alfaro, district of San Miguelito, residents denounce the large amount of garbage in the surroundings of the Brisas del Golf Park, added to this the kiosks that invade parking lots and amusement areas, overflow of sewage and poor electrical installations.

Orlando Pinzón pointed out that for almost 10 years they have been demanding from the authorities a better administration of the park and a control of permits that are granted to the inns that are being installed both in parking lots and in areas destined for fun.

He explained that the land uses assigned in the Ministry of Housing for these lands are not for commercial premises, but for leisure and recreation of its users.

Pinzón mentioned that the authorities do not define the expulsion of these premises and do not stop the permits they grant, nor is there a sanitary control “the most recent case is an inn that has installed the sewage drain below a children’s park and already It has overflowed on one side and is very dangerous.”

Given this situation, they consider that some are benefiting economically by taking advantage of a public good.

They request an organized park with well-defined areas for sports, children’s games and meals with toilets for ladies and gentlemen.
